Hello Mary,
If you would like to fix the screen flashing/flickering issue on your Windows 10, please follow the steps below. 1. Open Task Manager, click on File > Run new task, type ‘msconfig’ without quotes and then hit enter. 2. Click on ‘Services’ tab, find two services named ‘Problem Reports and Solution Control Panel ‘and ‘Windows Error Reporting Service‘ (check the screenshot below), uncheck them to disable, if Windows prompts you for a restart, do it. ![]() 3. You can follow the below methods to solve this issue of flickering to a black screen: Method 1: You can reduce or eliminate flicker by increasing the screen refresh rate. A refresh rate of at least 75 hertz generally produces less flicker. To correct flicker:
