why is my internet only slow while playing games

I like this question

can watch videos/download things easily but when it comes to online multiplayer games, i get a lot of lag, slow loading of in game generation, movement is not smooth, making any online game unplayable

Usually this is up to your ISP. It is pretty common for some less than reputabile ISP's to throttle your data when you try to use it. I suggest speaking with them.

It also may be that your internet connection just isn't fast enough to handle the data transfer that you require for gaming online.

Hi,

You can Shut off any programs from "Auto Upgrading" or search for a newer version, even Microsoft, they tend to look and take over your network connection at their own will and time.
And when you are Gaming, Check and make sure you are allowing a open and free connection to your Gaming Site, in your Security and Anti-Virus settings.
