Hi Eric, Try reinstalling the latest USB 3.0 driver package. Access the Device Manager Uninstall the USB 3.0 Host controller driver restart your computer Install the latest driver package. NOTE: It is important that you download and install the driver update from either Clevo/Sager or from the USB 3.0 Controller manufacturer (For eg: Renesas) If you're still having problems, stick with the original 2.0.34.0 drivers. You can try uninstalling and re-installing USB 3.0 version 2.1.36.0 (10-May-12)... OPTION 2. You can try contacting Sager or Clevo to ask for the most updated USB 3.0 driver version for Windows 7... OPTION 3. You can try rolling back your version 2.1.36.0 (10-May-12) driver update to version 2.0.34.0 (10-Feb-11)... OPTION 4. If you can\'t roll back the version 2.1.36.0 (10-May-12) driver update to version 2.0.34.0 (10-Feb-11), then you can try uninstalling it and re-installing version 2.0.34.0 (10-Feb-11).
