Hi Chandra,
If you are facing issues with connecting your iBall Bluetooth, please follow the below-mentioned fixes to solve the problem. Fix 1: Start by uninstalling/reinstalling the Bluetooth driver.
The process for pairing Bluetooth with a laptop can vary. Sometimes, for example, it involves tapping a code into your laptop. Other times, you can just physically touch your laptop to the device you want to pair it with. Or in some cases, you only have to hold down a button on the speaker to pair it with a laptop. If you’re not sure how to pair a device, refer to its user guide. Fix 3: Turn on discoverable mode. First, go into your laptop's settings and tap on Bluetooth. Doing so makes the laptop visible to the Bluetooth. If you take too long, you’ll need to startover. Fix 4: Make sure Bluetooth and laptop are in close distance. It’s probably worth noting that you should make sure any devices you're trying to pair are within five feet of one other. I hope this helps in solving the issue. Regards, Lokesh |
