Having trouble installing driver updates using Driver Reviver?
Well, you're at the right place.
The article below explains what you need to know and how to proceed further.
Why did I receive a bad (problematic) driver update through Driver Reviver?
The Driver Reviver team works really hard to ensure the accuracy and compatibility of the driver updates delivered through Driver Reviver. We test every driver update that we add to our growing driver database.
However, with Driver Reviver serving driver updates to thousands of devices from different brands, with different configurations, for different operating systems, and multiple source, there is the possibility of an incompatible or corrupted driver update.
There can be two types of problems with driver updates:
1. Receiving an incorrect or incompatible driver update
2. Problems download or installing the driver update on your PC
What happens if a driver update causes problems on my PC?
In the unfortunate event that a driver update causes problems on your PC, you have the option of restarting your computer in the Windows Safe Mode and using Driver Reviver to restore the problematic driver update to its previous state (original driver) in a few easy clicks!

Note: Driver Reviver helps you automatically backup your existing drivers, before you install the updates for them
What does ReviverSoft do about these driver updates?
Although we boast a very high success rate with the driver updates delivered through our program, we take special care to address problematic updates that users receive.
We handle such matters with utmost priority, by helping the customer identify and report the problematic driver update. Once we receive the necessary details (logs, system specs), we send it to our Development team for further investigation and have them fix it right away. In case of delays, we generally help users install the latest driver updates from alternate sources.
Rest assured, every effort is made to ensure that the troubleshooting process is as quick and painless as possible, while we work towards offering a valid resolution.
