You can use the below methods to solve this freezing issue: Method 1: Hardware and devices troubleshooter This built-in troubleshooter can detect and fix most of the errors and incorrect settings in the hardware devices. You can refer to these steps to run this troubleshooter: a)Press Windows key +F to bring up the search Charms bar. b)Type Troubleshooter and press enter; click on the Settings tab below the search box. c)Click on the Find and Fix problems tile and then click on the view all button the left pane. d)Click on the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter and run it. Method 2: Use the Computer in clean boot mode and check.
