Why my bluetooth is not working post installing original Windows 8?
i like this question0 Like ItFollowProblem started when i installed original windows 8. my bluetooth is not working since then. I installed various bluetooth drivers, but they are unable to detect my laptop's bluetooth. Please see the attached screen shotOperating System:Uploaded files:

Hi Ankit,
The Bluetooth driver below should work on your Studio 1555:
Download link:
http://ftp1.dell.com/folder00865420m/1/Network_Application_VY4F2_WN_12.0_A01.EXE
Once the driver is installed, go to Device Manager (via Control Panel), right-click on Generic Bluetooth Adapter and click the Update Driver option.
Restart your computer and your Bluetooth should start working again.

Follow the below steps to resolve your problem:
Update Bluetooth Device Driver
To do this, you can use the Device Manager.
Press Win+R, type devmgmt.msc to open the Device Manager. Expand Bluetooth.
Click on Properties, click on Driver tab.
Click Update Drivers button.
Click on OK button.
