Hi,

Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA). This is the easiest method.
Intel DSA identifies your adapter and updates your driver to the latest version, if needed.
Identifies your adapter
Option two: Manual identification
  1. Right-click the Start win 8.1 icon button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
  2. Select Device Manager.

  3. Click Network Adapters to expand the section. The Intel® Wireless Adapter is listed. Example: Intel® Dual-Band Wireless-AC 8260.
    click network adapters
  4. Right-click the wireless adapter and select Properties.

  5. Click the Driver tab to see the wireless adapter property sheet.
The Wi-Fi driver version number is listed in the Driver Version field.

After you identify your Intel® Wireless Adapter name and current driver version, Download the Latest Driver.

I kept getting the blue screen with Driver Power State Failure error message and then my computer would restart. I found your product and it did not happen any more. I just purchased an anti-virus (kaspersky) and now it is doing it again. It is so frustrating. My computer is only 6 months old. It is a Asus desktop.
