can't place my code don't get accepted despite copying and pasting

already paid in total 42.34 € and am now being asked for the full package of 60 € I think this is certainly not a good start

Follow the steps below to activate your Reviversoft product:

  • Make sure you copy the license key directly from this email (CTRL + C) and paste (CTRL + V) into the product where it asks for the code.
  • Keep in mind that the activation process requires stable and unlimited access to the internet.
  • Check if you activate the correct product. A different license code is required for another product.

Hi Jean,

If the licence key is not working for your purchased product, please ensure these below points are not causing the problem in the activation.
  1. If you copy a space at the start or end of the license code, it will cause the license code not to work.
  2. If you are using the license details from a different product, you will be unable to complete the activation. All ReviverSoft products are different and require separate purchases and licenses. You need a license code for your purchased product only.
  3. If you have typed in the license code incorrectly, it will not work. In order to avoid this, you should copy the complete license code from your purchase confirmation email and then paste it directly into the activation window.
  4. Do ensure that your internet connection is working correctly and that you have checked your firewall settings. You can either temporarily disable your firewall or add an exception for the Reviversoft product.
  5. Do a check of your computer’s date and time. An incorrect date might cause the reviversoft server system to think that your license code has already expired.
Please cross check if you are not having registration issue due to the above mentioned reasons.

If it still doesn't work, then you need to contact the support team.

On all screenshots I see, it shows the Start Screen on the "Dashboard Tile". But for me, it shows Skype. I also don't understand the difference between the settings "Enabled", "Disabled" and "Dynamic". Only "Hidden" is obvious, and it removes the Skype tile. But the other options don't seem to make any difference...
