How to fix the issue of AOL Mobile App not working?

If you use AOL Mobile App to access your emails and stay updated with current affairs then you are among the millions of users who prefer the same application. But in case if your AOL Mobile app not working then the best troubleshooting you can do is as follows –

• Close the app and reboot your smartphone
• Check for the latest updates
• Uninstall and then reinstall the app

Hi Katy,

If your AOL app isn't working on your Android device, there are steps you can take to get it working again. If you're receiving an error message when trying to sign in or add an account in the AOL app, you may need to reset your password. On Android devices, Google Chrome or a Chrome-based browser must be installed and enabled for you to sign in.

The AOL app works best on the latest version of Android software. The software for most Android devices can be updated from the Settings app, but check with your manufacturer for instructions specific to your device.

Force stop and restart the app

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap Apps.
3. Tap AOL.
4. Tap Force Stop.
5. If prompted, tap Force Stop again to confirm.
6. Relaunch the app and attempt to reproduce the issue.

Delete the app and install it again
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap Apps.
3. Tap AOL.
4. Tap Uninstall.
5. Tap OK.
6. Download and install the AOL app again.

I updated all of the drivers after doing a backup using your tool. Now only two of 4 USB ports work. Nothing happens when I plug either my mouse or iPhone cable into them. Two still work, two do not. These ports worked prior to using your software. I have since done a RESTORE using your software and they still do not work. Could you please help me resolve this issue? I have a Dell Precision M6600 system if this helps.
