Hi Sophia,

If you are experiencing crashes with the new Edge browser for Windows 10, you can try the below fixes to resolve this issue.

Fix 1: Run the apps troubleshooter
You can follow the steps from the below link.
Run the troubleshooter for Windows apps

Fix 2: Try SFC Check
The system file checker (SFC) utility allows administrators to perform a scan of all protected resources to verify that they are the correct version. If SFC should find any incorrect versions in any of these protected resources, SFC will replace them with the correct versions.

  1. Press Windows key + X, click Command Prompt (Admin).
  2. In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press enter:
    sfc /scannow
Fix 3: Create a new user account and check the issue
Try these steps to create a new user account and check if it fixes the issue.
  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Choose Accounts and then select Other User Accounts towards the left.
  3. Select Add an Account.
  4. Enter a user name and hit Next.
  5. Click on Finish.
  6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.
  7. Check if issue persists.
I hope this helps in fixing the problem.

Regards,
Lokesh
