Hi Sandy,
Thanks for contacting us again. Sorry to hear that you are facing this issue in your Chrome Browser.
Firstly, i would like to tell you that Java has removed the support for the applets in Google Chrome Browser version 42 from April 2015 onwards.
You can refer the below link for confirmation:

So now you need to confgure your browser to the settings below:

Enabling NPAPI in Chrome Version 42 and later

As of Chrome Version 42, an additional configuration step is required to continue using NPAPI plugins.
  1. In your URL bar, enter:
    chrome://flags/#enable-npapi
  2. Click the Enable link for the Enable NPAPI configuration option.
  3. Click the Relaunch button that now appears at the bottom of the configuration page.


Now your applet will run perfectly in your browser.

    Hello Sandy;
    Thank you for contacting us, sorry to hear you have that kind of problem. All you have to do is to enable NPAPI BY:
            1. Go to you chrome browser and type in the following in address bar: chrome://flags/#enable-npapi and hit enter.

            2. Click the enable NPAPI link.
      
            3. Restart you browser and you should have this problem solved.
