If you have recently placed an order through our website and have not received your product (download link + product code), please review the following information:

Reason 1: Due to the payment status of your order:


Awaiting Offline Payment - We are awaiting your offline payment via Wire transfer (Bank transfer)

Awaiting PayPal Payment - We are awaiting your offline payment via PayPal

Payment declined by Credit Card Issuer - The payment was declined by your Credit Card company

Payment declined in Manual Review - The payment was declined by our e-commerce partner, after manually reviewing your payment details.

Order under Manual Review - Your payment details are being reviewed manually by our e-commerce partner, after which the order will be processed.

For further assistance, you may contact Cleverbridge (our e-commerce partner) directly.


Reason 2: Your order confirmation email might have up ended up in the SPAM folder of your email account.
