It can be because you have another program running on your computer that is 'holding' on to a file on your computer or has created a temporary file that Registry Reviver can not scan or repair.
Try to deactivate your antivirus software and close all programs running on your computer and then scan again with Registry Reviver, you should also stop the programs you have in your system tray (lower right corner on your screen).
