The xpfix.exe process has been developed by Gemtek and is under the 5th version software called ChartPlayer for Kamien or simply called XPFix. This process can be installed on a user’s computer by way of installing certain software from the website. The xpfix.exe process is one of the non-system processes that can be stored in a computer’s registry. The file size of this process is around 217, 188 bytes in a Windows 7 as well as a Windows XP operating system. This file size occurs 46% most of the time. The other 54% is divided between 131,072 bytes and 135,168 bytes file size. The main role of xpfix.exe is to connect one wireless network to another wireless network. Since xpfix.exe is a program file, it can cause the user’s computer to slow down if it uses up memory. To avoid slowing down of computer by this process, users can turn it off.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. xpfix.exe. is used by XPFix, If you shut down xpfix.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
