Windows Mobile Device Center, executed on the computer via the wmdc.exe file, is part of the software for the product Microsoft Windows Mobile Device Center. This file enables the computer to detect your Windows-powered mobile device, i.e. mobile phones. Through this file, you can sync your mobile content with the PC so you can easily manage and transfer media files from the mobile device to the PC, and vice-versa. The file is not considered as CPU-intensive, using only about 0.00000065% of CPU resources. RAM usage is 2.2 MB. This file version, 6.1.6965.0, is the one that usually gets installed on Windows 7 Home Premium PCs.
