The winsys32.exe process is an executable file that has been reported to be disguised as a legitimate system component that can trick users into downloading and activating this allegedly malicious application in their Windows-based systems. Many users claimed that the winsys32.exe process is camouflaged as Config Loadr, which can be mistaken by some users as a legitimate system process or module. The winsys32.exe process has been reported to be integrated with Trojan and spyware-like functionalities that may cause user privacy threats, data security risks and system stability issues when left to actively operate in the Windows-based system.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. winsys32.exe. is used by AGOBOT-HN Worm and RBOT Worm, If you shut down winsys32.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop winsys32.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is AGOBOT-HN Worm and RBOT Worm, from your system.
