The usiudf.sys process is a system file packaged with other SYS components, EXE application processes, some DLL modules and various background processes among other associated resources that are required by certain Ulead software products that were designed for computers running on Windows XP. Ulead applications are mainly comprised of video development, photo editing, DVD authoring and animation design programs. The usiudf.sys process is included in the installer distribution packages of these Ulead software products, which also means the usiudf.sys file is placed in the system upon the isntallation of these Ulead applications. The usiudf.sys process is specifically deployed as a major component of the Ulead UDF File System Driver module, which is an applet built into these Ulead programs.
