Inno Setup Uninstaller is a process that is included in a number of installers for a variety of programs and applications. Basically, the file serves as the uninstaller tool to help users successfully and completely uninstall certain programs or applications stored on their computers. There were previous reports from several users that their AV software detected the unins000.exe file as a form of virus. As it turned out, the detection was a false positive, as discovered by the same users who made the report. Disabling or deleting the file resulted in the user being unable to uninstall certain programs that they no longer wish to use. In this regard, keeping the file enabled is essential if you want to be able to complete the removal of some of your programs on the PC. The program was developed by Jordan Russell. File path is C:\Program Files\(name of program associated with the file)\unins000.exe. File size is 640,957 bytes.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. unins000.exe. is used by Inno Setup Uninstaller, If you shut down unins000.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop unins000.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Inno Setup Uninstaller, from your system.
