The file uiwatchdog.exe is also known as the Trend Micro Client Session Agent Monitor and this file belongs to the Tend Micro Uniclient software. The Trend Micro Uniclient software is owned and developed by Trend Micro. This software is bundled with the Trend Micro Internet security which would prevent those malicious software from stealing and destroying data in the Personal Computer of the user. The file can be usually found in the C:\Program Files and has the known file size of 129,304 bytes in the Hard Disk Drive (HDD). But, the file size may differ when used in various versions of Operating System. This file belongs to the trusted file which means that it is not recommended to be removed. This file does not belong to the Windows Core system file. But, the user may have the option to remove the file by removing the entire program in which the file is bundled with.
