This file is a Verisign signed file which literally means that this file is belonging to one to the trusted companies of Microsoft Corporation and has the certificate of a trust worthy company. The process is recommended not to be removed by the user however the user may have the option to remove the process by removing completely the entire software namely SPBBC. This can be done through the use to the Add/remove programs utility located in the control panel of the Microsoft Window Operating system.
