A file from a security software called spbbcdrv.sys is an executable file also known as SPBBC Driver. This process is bundled with the software 32bir Symantec Endpoint Protection which is officially owned by Symantec. This process file is typically found in the C: under the program files folder and can be located in the common file folder. This process has the file size of 341,096 bytes, but the size may vary on different version of Microsoft Windows Operating System such as Window XP, Window Vista and Window 7. This file is a Verisign signed file which literally means that this file is belonging to one to the trusted companies of Microsoft Corporation and has the certificate of a trust worthy company. The process is recommended not to be removed by the user however the user may have the option to remove the process by removing completely the entire software namely SPBBC. This can be done through the use to the Add/remove programs utility located in the control panel of the Microsoft Window Operating system.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. spbbcdrv.sys. is used by  SPBBC Driver , If you shut down spbbcdrv.sys, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop spbbcdrv.sys, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is  SPBBC Driver , from your system.
