The process smscliui.exe is associated with the software for System Center Configuration Manager. Process name is SMS Remote Client UI Local Server. There were no available detailed description of the file, other that its association with Microsoft’s System Center Configuration Manager software. This application is used an administrator tool for network management. It enables users to remotely access company services from anywhere and on any type of compatible device. For administrators, the application enables them to manage shared applications, distribute applications, as well as send updates and upgrades to network users. The smscliui.exe is considered by users as an integral part of the software, and disabling the file could compromise the user’s access to network services. The smscliui.exe file is also associated with Microsoft’s Systems Management Server, which basically functions in a similar capacity as that of the System Center Configuration Manager.
