The executable file nvtlsrvr.exe is associated with the process NvtlServer Application. This may have been installed on your system through the software NvtlServer Application, NovaCore SDK Installer or Broadband2Go. The file’s main purpose is not very clear as there are no available data that can provide a well-defined description of the file. The file does not appear to have a System Tray icon. It does appear that the file is loaded through the services.exe file from Microsoft. This is generally stored in the following path: C:\Program Files\Novatel Wireless\Novacore\Server\nvtlsrvr.exe. Its average size on disk is 93.8 KB. Size on RAM is approximately 3.1 MB. For Windows 7 Operating System, a compatible file version would be 1.1.6.7. The file has been flagged as a security threat, but this generally turned out to be a false-positive. There were no other reports of system issues regarding the nvtlsrvr.exe file. Whether to keep the file enabled or disabled is up to the user’s choice.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. nvtlsrvr.exe. is used by NvtlServer Application, If you shut down nvtlsrvr.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop nvtlsrvr.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is NvtlServer Application, from your system.
