The process nvscv32.exe is identified to be a part of Nvidia Display Driver which was created by Nvidia. The main function of this driver pertains to the display driver. As a device driver, it facilitates the communication between the computer and the device. In this case, the driver is applicable for the display. As a device driver, it is also on the startup menu by default. It is also not advisable to disable or uninstall the driver as it will hamper the device that is connected to it.
