NVIDIA nView Desktop and Window Manager, installed via the executable file nview.dll, is included in the software for NVIDIA nView Desktop and Window Manager or NVIDIA nView Control Panel. The file loads modules that enable an application that allows users to connect monitors to a single PC and have the same desktop display for all attached monitors. In other words, the file enables the application that provides users with multiple desktop display monitors. This is not a driver file so disabling it should not cause any errors with your NVidia cards or devices.
