The file nv4_mini.sys is also known as the NVIDIA Compatible Drivers and is from the software called NVIDIA Compatible Windows. The software was owned and was developed by the NVIDIA company. The program is a driver of NVIDIA Graphic Accelerator Cards, a hardware that would improve the Gaming experience of the user and as well as enjoy high definition videos. The file can be usually found in the C:\Windows\System32\drivers and has the file size of 3,650,368 bytes in the Hard Disk Drive (HDD). But the file size may vary when installed in different versions of Operating System (OS). The driver starts when the Personal Computer is started but can be stopped by using the Services Utility in the Control Panel of the Windows Operating System. The file does not belong to the Windows Core file. The user may have the option to remove the file by removing the whole program in which the file is associated with.
