Dell and Compact computers exclusively made notifyalert.exe which usually is a notification program for Dell computers. The main purpose on this program is to notify the user of critical updates from Dell support to maximize the the security of the operating system. This software runs every time the the computer starts. And this program is usually found in C: Program Files\Dell\Support\Alert\Bin\. The size of this program is 352,256 bytes. There is also an icon in located in the task bar beside the clock. This software runs in Microsoft Windows operating system. This software is really not needed when the user has enable the Windows AutoUpdate. Windows update will fill the lacking software needed by Dell Computers that is why some users prefer to uninstall this application to improve the speed of their personal computers and to reduce the number of process in the operating system. Some user chose to use it for back- up purposes.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. notifyalert.exe. is used by Dell update support , If you shut down notifyalert.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
