The software NexonMessenger Service or WhatsUp Service involves the nmservice.exe file. The file is being used by the software Combat Arms and Ipswitch WhatUp Professional. It is both developed by Nexon and Ipswitch. The nmservice.exe file launches the messenger service which is being utilized by the online game Combat Arms. The file enables the user to connect to the Internet if he or she does not have other programs installed in his or her computer that connects to the Internet. Nmservice.exe supports the system of Combat Arms. The online game allows users to play at the same time through the multiplayer functionality of the software. It is a modern free to play and first person shooter developed by Doobic Studios and distributed by Nexon. On the other hand, Ipswitch WhatsUp Professional caters to business technology. The nmservice.exe file is utilized in making email servers and databases work efficiently for business purposes. The software is used to map the network, notify the user of detected problems and provide a report on network performance.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. nmservice.exe. is used by Nexon Messenger Sevice, If you shut down nmservice.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
