What is netserver.exe
The executable file netserver.exe is recognized as the Net Administrator for a remote administration tool. Similar to netserve.exe, it is a part of the Remote Desktop Manager. This file is the reference for the designated administrator of the remote desktop. Remote desktop management software will allow the administrator to control designated computers whether it's in the next room or in another continent. An administrator may initiate any remote session at any point in time, and has the authorization to deny access to control on any part of the network. That is, in a remote management set-up, there can be more than one user that is allowed to control other computers in the network, but this is only granted by the Net Administrator. The Net Administrator also has access to passwords and security encryptions in the network.
