It is a helper application that helps users search items from the Net by offering alternative suggestions for Web pages that may have been misspelled or mistyped. Once the application is installed, it is seamless and easy to use, and will automatically offer alternatives when searching the Web. It has a feature called Tab Search that is automatically enabled when the user opens a new browser tab. This application has the capability to integrate itself into the Windows startup as well as with the Web browser. MyFreeze.com DLL files are typically installed without user consent and knowledge when installing W3i products. It has no visible window and run in the context of the web browser, like Internet Explorer. This application is part of the InstallIQ adware/program bundler by W3i,LLC.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. netassistant.dll. is used by Net Assistant, If you shut down netassistant.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
