The nda.exe process is deployed as one of the executable component files of the NeoPlanet software, which is a Web browser that was designed for widely used versions of Microsoft Windows systems, and the nda.exe process is specifically deployed as the executable dispatcher file of the NDA module that is built into the NeoPlanet Web browser. This means the NeoPlanet Web browser activates the nda.exe process whenever its NDA module and the integrated functionalities of this module need to be referenced and loaded unto the NeoPlanet software and implemented into the system. Upon its execution, the nda.exe process calls on other associated program files and references required modular system components as well as other application-specific modules of the NeoPlanet Web browser, in order to perform the requested operations of the system or the user from the NeoPlanet Web browser and from this software's NDA module. The content stored in the nda.exe file includes sequential command lines, program-specific instructions, application-specific module directives and required modular system resource references that are encoded with program logic compilation specifications and integrated with source code compression standards normally implemented into EXE files.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. nda.exe. is used by NeoPlanet Web Browser and NeoPlanet Web Browser NDA Module, If you shut down nda.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop nda.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is NeoPlanet Web Browser and NeoPlanet Web Browser NDA Module, from your system.
