The mepops.exe process is an executable component file of the MailEnable Professional Edition software and the MailEnable Messaging Services program, which are Windows applications classified as mail server tools that are usually bundled with the Plesk for Windows software. The mepops.exe process is deployed by the MailEnable Professional Edition application and the MailEnable Messaging Services program as one of the EXE resource files used for implementing mail POP server functionalities into the Windows-based system with the Plesk for Windows software or with any supported mail server application. Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. mepops.exe. is used by MailEnable Professional Edition and MailEnable Messaging Services and Plesk for Windows and MailEnable POP Service Module, If you shut down mepops.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop mepops.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is MailEnable Professional Edition and MailEnable Messaging Services and Plesk for Windows and MailEnable POP Service Module, from your system.
