The memturbo.exe process is an executable program file that is deployed into the system upon the installation of the MemTurbo software, which is a Windows program classified as a RAM (Random Access Memory) and system optimization tool that was developed with a set of features for monitoring, scrubbing and defragging the RAM resources allocated to the Windows-based system, actively running programs and background processes. The memturbo.exe process is specifically integrated by the MemTurbo software as its executable program dispatcher file, which means users can load the MemTurbo application unto the system and access its GUI (Graphical User Interface) by activating the memturbo.exe process. The memturbo.exe process is bundled into the installer distribution packages of the MemTurbo program, along with other EXE program components and specific background process items among various resource files and libraries that are required by the MemTurbo software to correctly perform its embedded functionalities.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. memturbo.exe. is used by MemTurbo, If you shut down memturbo.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop memturbo.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is MemTurbo, from your system.
