What is  mchinjdrv.sys

The mchinjdrv.sys file is a component of software Madcodehook DLL Injection Driver. Madcodehook offers the users with features needed to hook codes which are mostly Application Programming Interface (API) protocols. API acts as an interface among software components to allow them to connect to each other. API consists of standards for routines, data structures, among others. Madcodehook can inject a specified DLL into a process whether it is a 32bit or 64bit file. It can also inject into the whole system, including all currently running processes and those future created processes. The mchinjdrv.sys file also provides inter process communication (IPC) functionality and several tool functions. When hooking an API, the user has to make a hook callback function. The mchinjdrv.sys file provides a function variable which enables the user to call the original API within the hook callback function. Once the user has the callback function and the original API function variable, he or she has to install the hook.
