The klwtblfs.exe process is also known as the WebToolBar part of the Kaspersky Anti-Virus and is created by Kaspersky Lab. The Kaspersky Lab is a creator of threat management systems and secures content and is considered to be a widely known privately held vendor of security software. This program is an antivirus program that was designed as a protection to users from malware and is mainly designed for computers that uses Microsoft Windows operating system. This anti-virus includes real-time protection, detection and removes viruses from a user’s computer system. It also removes worms, spyware, adware, Trojans and the other forms of viruses. This program also includes immediate updates which are done automatically through the “Kaspersky Security Network” service. It brings about necessary antivirus technology that the computer needs; this program claims to be easy to download, install and operate. This program is an executable program. It claims to remove malicious threats without any harmful effects upon the user’s computer system.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. klwtblfs.exe. is used by Kaspersky Anti-Virus, If you shut down klwtblfs.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
