The process hspfcw32.dll is a Dynamic Link Library (DLL) module that is referenced by eFax Messenger Plus-Live Menu application, an electronic fax delivery system that does not utilize hardcopy printouts or an operating fax machine. The eFax Messenger Plus works as sending and receiving faxes and voice mail as attachments directly into the user’s email account. These users access this program’s system in two ways such as opening the faxes through direct email delivery or logging in as member into the eFax Plus account and retrieving the fax attachments through the eFax Messenger Center. The hspfcw32.dll file is referenced by this program whenever the eFax Messenger Plus tool bar application launches its UI (User Interface) elements and its embedded functions into the browser shells of Internet Explorer Web browser and Mozilla Firefox Web browser. The hspfcw32.dll library module is also implemented into the user’s system upon the installation of the eFax Messenger plus included as one of the libraries into the UI of the program as a live menu item.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. hspfcw32.dll. is used by eFax Messenger Plus-Live Menu application, If you shut down hspfcw32.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
