The hprsnap6.exe file is the process called HyperSnap that is part of the application HyperSnap created by Hyperionics Technology. It is not a system process. It is not a core file for Windows. This program uses an icon on your taskbar. It can alter or control the behavior of other programs. The hprsnap6.exe file has a digital signature certified by VeriSign Time Stamping Services Signer. It is not a system process. It can hide itself and record inputs. HyperSnap is a software that enables you to capture screens from Windows. You can capture images that you can include in your training handouts, Help system, manuals, online tutorials, presentations, E-mails, Web pages and marketing materials. It can capture full screen games that use Direct3D or DirectX drivers. It allows you to share a picture representation of anything from your screen.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. hprsnap6.exe. is used by HyperSnap, If you shut down hprsnap6.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop hprsnap6.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is HyperSnap, from your system.
