The file hotkeyapp.exe, known as HotKeyApp, belongs to software Micros Fidelio Opera Print by Wistron. Micros systems software and hardware are used in the restaurant and hospitality industries that include touchscreen computers for the serving staff to place orders, which are then sent to kitchen and bar printers for preparation. This application allows different types of reports such as total sales and total menu items sold, and those that remains to be produced. It has the ability to interface with other systems such as inventory systems and hotel systems. The integrated Micros Fidelio and Opera provides a solution to hotel systems to improve customer service, which together with Blue's PMS link, enable users to immediately lock and unlock telephones and bill calls directly to the room, as well as setup wake-up calls and manage room status. As soon as a client checks out of the hotel, Opera and Fidelio will print out the bill for client accommodation, including call details and costs.
