The hookoecreation.dll file is a process that is used by the application Spam Bully created by Axaware. A DLL [dynamic link library] is a file with mechanism for shared code and data that can be used by different applications at the same time. This mechanism also enables a developer to upgrade the functions of a program without the need to recompile or re-link. It is easy to install and arrange. It can hook itself into other running applications to alter or control their behavior. The hookoecreation.dll file can monitor programs. It is not a core file for Windows. It is not a visible process. Spam Bully serves as spam filter for Mail, Windows Live Mail, Outlook Express and Outlook. It uses a Bayesian Spam Filter that knows which E-mails received are good and which ones use spam by using server blacklists an artificial intelligence. It lets you choose which E-mails can make it to your inbox and which ones will be blocked. You can report spams to FTC and their source servers or you can return them. You can E-mail a password to unfamiliar sender for them to type in correctly before you allow their E-mail into your inbox. It supports auto-delete of spam messages.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. hookoecreation.dll. is used by Spam Bully, If you shut down hookoecreation.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop hookoecreation.dll, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Spam Bully, from your system.
