What is  hl2.exe

The file ihl2.exe is literally from the software called Steam which was owned and developed by the Valve Company. The software is a Video Game. The file can be usually located in the C: directory and under the Program Files folder. The size of the file is usually 106,496 bytes in the Hard Disk Drive (HDD). But the size of the file may vary when installed in different versions of Operating System such as the Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. The file does not belong to the Windows Core file and is not from the system files too. The file is not a Verisigned file which means this does not belong to the trusted file of the Microsoft Windows Operating System. In case there are problems with the file, the user may have the option to remove the file by removing the entire program in which the file is associated with. The removal process can be done by the use of the Add/Remove Program which is located in the Control Panel of the Microsoft Windows Operating System.
