Most reports by anti-virus programs and users identify the hhrdxd.dll file as malware. Microsoft recognizes this process as Trojan:Win32/Tilcun.gen!B. BitDefender recognizes this file as Trojan.PWS.OnlineGames.WII. This process has no visible window. It records inputs. A DLL [dynamic link library] file is an application that has functions that can be used by other programs. It has a mechanism for shared code and data that can be applied to different programs at the same time. It can inject itself into other running processes to control or alter their behavior. Malware is a program created to steal information, access private systems without consent from the owner or to interrupt the normal activities of the target system. It can be in the form of scripts, code, software or active content. Trojan is a type of malware that is not self-replicating. It may seem to perform a desirable action but it actually drops malicious payloads on the target system usually through a backdoor to gain unauthorized access.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. hhrdxd.dll. is used by Trojan:Win32/Tilcun.gen!B or Trojan.PWS.OnlineGames.WII, If you shut down hhrdxd.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop hhrdxd.dll, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Trojan:Win32/Tilcun.gen!B or Trojan.PWS.OnlineGames.WII, from your system.
