The gfxui.exe is also known as the GfxUI and it belongs to the Intel Graphics Properties and owned by the Intel Corporation. It is the control panel for the Intel GMA graphics chipset which originates from the Intel Corporation. There is very limited information regarding the software, however, it can be a useful application for the computer system as it is mainly related to the graphics of the computer system. It can be uninstalled from the PC system; however, precautions should be taken as there might be unexpected problems to occur if the application is tampered with inappropriately or carelessly. However, the drivers of the GfxUI can still be re-installed in any case that the user desires to operate the process once again. The process is not considered to pose any significant risk for the user’s computer system, though, like any other files, it may be prone to be attacked by viruses when neglected. It is entirely up to the user whether he or she would like to keep this process within his or her working computer system.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. gfxui.exe. is used by GfxUi, If you shut down gfxui.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop gfxui.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is GfxUi, from your system.
