The file getpoint.exe is an executable process with unknown developer that relates to the application MOPy fish, which is freeware cyberpet released for Microsoft Windows by Global Beach. This cyberpet (virtual pet) is based on the Blood Parrot cichlid fish, which is the MOPy fish with complex behavior pattern that remembers how it was treated by its owner over the past week, altering its behavior according to its care. It will become aggressive if not fed within five days, and will become depressed in ten days. If the virtual pet is neglected and not fed, it will get sick and die after three weeks. The owner of the MOPy fish accumulates points while taking care of this virtual pet. Points that are gained in taking care of the MOPy fish enables the owner to have more accessories for the cyberpet, which makes the fish happier and enhances the appearance of the on-screen environment.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. getpoint.exe. is used by MOPy Fish, If you shut down getpoint.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop getpoint.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is MOPy Fish, from your system.
