The file gbiehcef.dll is a direct link library (dll) file that installs as browser helper object (BHO) that starts automatically every time that the user starts the Internet browser. This BHO adds functionality to the browser, which is to access the services offered by CEF. It came from software that is developed by CEF, and installed by the user in the computer. Browser helper object like G-Buster Browser Defense is a dll file that allows the developer to customize and control the Internet browser, like the Internet Explorer. When Internet Explorer starts, it reads the registry to locate any installed BHOs and then creates them. Created BHOs have access to all the events and properties of that browsing session.
