The EXE file supports the functionalities of the GoToAssist application which enables the user to control machines from a distance and helps the user who has a difficulty in working on his computer. With g2aprocessfactory.exe, GoToAssist can be able to provide three tools to in one process, namely remote support, service desk management and information technology monitoring. The user does not have to be in front of his problem-infected terminal to receive the technical support necessary to solve the problem. He can get assistance while using another terminal or machine.
