What is  fsloader.exe

The file fsloader.exe, known as DriveClone Pro, belongs to software LifeGuard from an unknown developer. Lifeguard is free software that protects the user when the VPN disconnects by blocking Internet and any other specified applications. The virtual private network (VPN) is the network that uses a private telecommunication infrastructure and other technology that is different from the Internet, which is a public network. VPN is a secure connection that uses either the Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP) or the Layer Two Tunneling Protocol Internet Protocol security (L2TP/IPsec) over an intermediate network such as the Internet. When the VPN disconnects, the user may be exposed to threats from the Internet. LifeGuard prevents unsecured connections after the VPN goes down and reconnects application when reconnecting the VPN. This application blocks P2P traffic when the VPN disconnects, and automatically works to reconnect the secure VPN connection.

How can I stop fsloader.exe and should I?

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. fsloader.exe. is used by LifeGuard, If you shut down fsloader.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
