What is  freescan.exe

The file freescan.exe is the executable process in the SpyWare BeGone anti-spyware software. SpyWare BeGone is a tool that scans the entire PC for any hidden infection and removes them from the system, while protecting the browser from homepage modifications. Executing the file freescan.exe enables SpyWare BeGone to scan the PC and remove malware and other infections like keyloggers, spybots, adbots, and spyware cookies.
