The process runs as flvsrvc.exe, and is part of the Ask and Record Toolbar. Its main purpose is to record a history of the videos that you streamed online. The program also saves a history of the HTTP videos that you are currently watching on temporary storage. Consequently, you will have the process running in the background even when Replay Media Catcher is not in use. It uses minimal RAM capacity, which means running it in the background will not cause any type of conflict with main computer processes. Users deem the program as safe to use, and to date, no virus threats have been reported.
