The flbrc.sys file is the process flbrc that is used by the application flbrc. This process file is a driver. This process automatically starts on drivers installed. A driver is a small application that enables the computer to interact with hardware devices. The flbrc.sys file is not a visible program. It is not a core file for Windows.
