The ferrariwp.exe file is the process that installs Ferrari Wallpaper by Ferrari on your computer. It is usually found on Acer laptops and notebooks. It changes the wallpaper on the desktop into Ferrari sports car image and doubles as calendar. This process uses 2.9 MB of memory. The file consumes 44 KB of disk space. The ferrariwp.exe file comes with Acer Ferrari 3000 laptop. It is also applicable to Acer Ferrari 3200, 4000 and 3400 series. The process does not have a visible window. While the process is in progress, it accesses and displays JPG files from Ferrari 2005, Ferrari 2006 and Ferrari 2007 folders as wallpaper. The location of the ferrariwp.exe file is C:\Windows\FerrariWallpaper. It is a non-system process. The MD5 [Message Digest 5] algorithm fingerprint of this file is a 128-bit, 32-character value as 08AB52E9F30E8316C9D6E04FA1A891AB for version 1.00. This determines the validity of the ferrariwp.exe file.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. ferrariwp.exe. is used by Ferrari Wallpaper, If you shut down ferrariwp.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
